I got to take the free class for Anxiety from Darren Johnson. I thought it was really interesting to learn more about hypnosis along with being hypnotised. I was impressed at how relaxing and freeing it was. I personally rated my anxiety at an 8 to begin with and felt much more calm and peaceful afterwards rating it at about a 3. I have had less anxiety and am grateful for the experience.

I came into the session at a 9 in anxiety level, but by the time we were through, I felt so much better and left at a 2. I have done guided meditations before and I appreciated you pointing out how we were in the moment, and to feel this moment, no one needing anything from me, was so helpful.
